Club Trophies

Here is a selection of Bentley Drivers Club NSW trophies with a small description of the purpose of each trophy.

The "Best of Day - Bentley Motors" trophy

Awarded for the best looking Bentley at the most recent concours

Current Recipient:  Mr. Kevin R - 1936 4 & 1/4 Ltr

The "George Green - Club Spirit" trophy

Awarded to the member who is considered to have displayed

the most club spirit throughout the year

Current Recipient:  Mrs. Coralie O - for her for her enthusiasm

in organizing events and attracting advertising and sponsorship for our Club

The "Peter Wilkie - Personal Care" trophy

Donated by Elizabeth Champion in memory of her late husband.

Awarded to the member who has put significant effort into the upkeep

and restoration of their Bentley

Current Recipient:  Mr. Syd R - for all the attention and time he has given

to maintaining his 1929 Speed Six

The "Ladies Choice" trophy

Awarded for the best looking Bentley as judged by the ladies at

the most recent concours

Current Recipient:  Mr. Bryan I - 2007 Continental GTC

The "Picnic " Plaque

Awarded for the best picnic at a club event throughout the year

Current Recipient:  Mrs. Liz G - for picnic at 2007 Concours

The "Metcalf " Shield

Awarded for significant contribution to the club by a female member

throughout the year

Current Recipient:  Ms. Carol M - for all her efforts on the

committee over the last 5 years

The "Best in Class" Concours Awards

Awarded for the car considered Best in Class by the club judges at

the most recent club concours event

Class A - Vintage:  Mr. Robert M - 1926 3 Ltr.

Class B - Derby:  Mr. Kevin R - 1936 4&1/4 Ltr.

Class C - Mark VI & R:  Mr. Jay A - 1951 Mark VI

Class D - S Types:  Mr. Barry A - 1962 S2

Class E - T Types:  Joe Q - 1975 T1

Class F - Modern:  Mr. Roger G - 1993 Brooklands

Class G - PW Coach:  Mr. Keith W - 1986 Continental
