He was having a holiday driving the car for a few months and then had the car shipped back to New Zealand by British Vehicle Importers Ltd on 31st January 1986 arriving 27th March 1986 in NZ.  Car imported to Australia in 2007

Spec from factory included Acrylic Brewster Green paint (Code: 9510393) with Fine Line pinstripe (Vermilion colour), Tan leather upholstery (Code:VM 4134) with Fawn Marvelon headlining (Code: 8643) and Cumberland Stone carpets (Code: 44). Radio was a Blaupunkt Blue Spot Toronto model. Options included "Mivis" fridge in boot, Picnic tables, lockable padded lid to central storage bin, Fire extinguisher, Fiamm airhorns, rear Parcel shelf in leather hide, Top Roll and side cheeks in 'Black Marvelon'. Knee roll, underdash trim and radio surround in Tan hide (Code:VM 4134).
