CHRISTMAS IN JULY

Club Members Barry and Carol Ashton are organizing our ‘Christmas in July’ event this year in the Blue Mountains. The venue is the ‘Mountain Heritage Hotel & Spa Retreat’, 4 ½ star, at Katoomba. This is a 100 year old Hotel and was the first to have Yulefest celebrations in the mountains. It is very 'Olde World' in decor and tradition, very much in the Bentley style. We’ll be enjoying a splendid 3 Course Yulefest Luncheon in a private room in ‘Jamison Views Restaurant’, with unsurpassed panoramic views, in the unrivalled company of fellow BDC members. The lunch cost is $45.00 per person and includes a glass of sparkling wine, tea and coffee, mince pies and bon-bons. A vegetarian option is available but must be pre-ordered.

For those wishing to stay the night accommodation is available for Saturday and/or Sunday nights and we have initially reserved 6 rooms for each night. There is a choice of Heritage Rooms at $178.00 per night or Heritage View Rooms at $208.00 per night.
